Product Description

Two-position four-way and three-position four-way proportional directional valves are used as direct-acting devices in valve plate design.

They are operated by means of proportional solenoids with centering threads and removable coils.

The coil is controlled by external control electronics.

Setup:

The basic components of the valve include:

Housing with connecting surfaces

control spool with compression spring
Coil with centering thread

Function:

When the coil is de-energized, the compression spring keeps the control spool in the center position -

Direct operation of the control spool by energizing a proportional solenoid, e.g. control coil "b".

Moves the control spool to the left in proportion to the electrical input signal.

Connection from P to A and from B to T by means of a throttling cross-section with progressive fluid characteristics

Closing coil

The control spool is returned to the center position by the compression spring.
