The SNP1NN series hydraulic gear pump is a typical rotary pump that uses the changes and movements of the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gears to transport or boost liquid. Specifically, it consists of two gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers that form two enclosed spaces. As the gears rotate, the volume on the side where the gears disengage gradually increases, creating a vacuum that sucks in liquid, while the volume on the side where the gears mesh gradually decreases, forcing liquid into the pipeline. This design ensures that the gear pump can deliver liquid continuously and steadily during operation.
The SNP1NN series gear pump not only has excellent structural design but also has outstanding performance characteristics. First, it adopts high-strength extruded aluminum body with a sturdy structure that includes aluminum caps and flanges, ensuring the pump's high durability and reliability. Moreover, all pumps are pressure balanced, which helps achieve excellent efficiency.
